MatchJoyAI ("we", "our", or "the Service") provides football match schedules, match details, AI-style match insights, entertainment prediction records, leaderboards, and sharing features. MatchJoyAI is an entertainment and sports information product. It does not provide real-money gambling, betting, odds trading, cash withdrawals, or financial services.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and how you can contact us. By using MatchJoyAI, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account and Profile Information
MatchJoyAI does not require a traditional account registration flow. To provide a personalized experience, we may create or use an anonymous device-based user profile. This profile may include:
- Anonymous device user ID or device identifier generated for app functionality
- Nickname, avatar selection, avatar URL if configured, level, points, and join information
- Prediction records, selected outcomes, match status, points changes, and leaderboard ranking
2.2 Match and Usage Information
When you use MatchJoyAI, we may process limited activity information, including:
- Matches viewed, AI insight pages viewed, prediction submissions, share actions, and leaderboard views
- Language preference, app settings, onboarding status, and other local preferences
- App version, device type, operating system version, network status, and diagnostic information
2.3 Tracking Permission on iOS
On iOS, MatchJoyAI requests App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission only when a tracking or attribution feature that requires permission is enabled. If you deny permission, core features such as match schedules, AI insights, predictions, and leaderboards remain available.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
MatchJoyAI does not require or intentionally collect:
- Real name, government ID, or sensitive identity documents
- Precise location data
- Contacts, photos, calendar data, microphone recordings, or personal files
- Payment card, banking, wallet, or withdrawal information
- Sports betting account credentials or real-money betting transaction records
4. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide football schedules, match details, AI-style insights, predictions, and leaderboard features
- Save your prediction history, profile display, points, ranking, and language settings
- Improve product reliability, performance, and user experience
- Prevent misuse, debug technical issues, and protect the Service
- Comply with platform rules, legal obligations, and review requirements
5. Third-Party Services
We may use service providers to host business APIs, process app data, deliver configuration, analyze reliability, or measure product performance. These providers may process limited information only as necessary to provide their services to MatchJoyAI.
The current version does not integrate Apple in-app purchase, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google AdMob, or Adjust. If these services are added in a future version, this Policy and any platform disclosures will be updated before use.
MatchJoyAI may include analytics or attribution capabilities. Where required by platform rules, such capabilities are used only after valid configuration and user permission.
6. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate MatchJoyAI, when required by law, or when necessary to protect our rights, users, and Service.
7. Data Storage, Retention, and Security
Some preferences may be stored locally on your device. Profile, prediction, leaderboard, and match interaction data may be processed on secure servers. We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain records, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and satisfy legal or platform requirements.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
8. Your Choices
- You can change app tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings.
- You can update your nickname or avatar in the app where supported.
- You can contact us to request deletion or review of information associated with your app profile.
9. Children's Privacy
MatchJoyAI is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. International Use
MatchJoyAI may be used in different countries or regions. Information may be processed in locations where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards and applicable law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app or on our official product page. The updated date at the top of this page indicates the latest revision.
